You can order on our secure web site and payments accepted are MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Florida residents will be charged 7% state sales tax.
Shipping: We ship via UPS and USPS and shipping charges are calculated using average weights for order totals. A tracking number will be emailed to you with links to USPS or UPS keeping you updated with the expected delivery date.
IMPORTANT ADDRESS INFORMATION:
- Orders shipped with an incorrect address supplied by the customer, are subject to a address correction fee of $15.00.
- Please double check your address for accuracy. If there is a unit number, be sure and include this.
- We make every effort to avoid unnecessary shipping costs - verify the accuracy of your shipping address when placing an order.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS.
Shipping costs to Canada will vary depending upon the weight of the order and will be generated during the check-out process. Orders may be subject to duty and taxes.
International shipping can be arranged upon request and may be subject to duty charges and taxes by the destination country.
Expedited shipping is also available. Please contact us for charges.

Return policy: Refer to your packing slip and contact us via the contact page first. Return the item in its original outer, inner boxes & packaging materials and insure the package for breakage. Package the item carefully, as we cannot credit product that becomes damaged during return shipping. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of date ordered. Once we receive the shade in original condition, you will be refunded for the cost of the shade. Credit for the returned items will be processed and shipping in either direction is not refunded.
Special Order, Custom Orders & Final Sale: Items cannot be returned.
Breakage: Although our packers have had years of experience, occasionally breakage does occur. Open your order as soon as you receive it and all claims for breakage must be made within 15 days of receipt. If you receive a broken shade, take pictures of the glass received & broken item(s), packaging materials including the interior box and the exterior of the box from all sides. Email us a email@example.com and include the pictures. Be sure and keep all of the packaging and the broken item(s) for 15 days so that we may process a claim and the carrier may require pickup of the broken shade for inspection. We will replace the shade as quickly as possible.
Use Policy: We endeavor to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photo graphical error, typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price and shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
